“My silences had not protected me.
Your silence will not protect you.”
I would be delighted to be interviewed for your story, to provide a lecture or workshop, or to keynote at your event. I can provide concise, accurate information on a tight deadline, or a longer lecture or workshop aimed at your audience’s needs.
I am a prolific, engaging speaker with a vast depth of knowledge and experience around gender and sexual diversity for your conference, news piece, upcoming television segment, documentary, university, association, podcast, or other venue. You may have seen me featured in the New York Times, NPR, MSNBC, NBC News Online, SiriusXM, CBS News, Mic.com, TEDx, Voice of America, Them, and elsewhere.
“Hearing what I heard [at the conference] was so important. But hearing you specifically got me thinking things and uncovering thoughts I would never have gotten to. So that’s a personal thank you. That’s doing your work as a way of being.”
“I just wanted to let you know that I listen to [SiriusXM’s Doctor Radio channel]... I tuned in while you were speaking and almost shut it off, but did not because I wanted to keep an open mind. I am so glad I listened to the whole show! It taught me a whole lot about transgender [issues], which is a subject I just never tried to understand…”
Since 2006, I have provided several hundred lectures, workshops, and media interviews, and made many other public appearances on affirming healthcare delivery, the current US and international environment, the need for full marginalized communities to gain full legal recognition, and to educate providers on best practices and cultural competency.
I also talk directly with our marginalized communities about our own lived experiences as transgender and nonbinary, queer/LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, nonmonogamous, and sex worker people.
We can develop a presentation on whatever topic you need. All my public appearances are intended to improve the overall cultural environment, healthcare access, and service delivery for gender and sexually diverse individuals.
Please share a bit about your organization and needs, and we can discuss whether I might be the speaker for you.
“Awesome, accessible content, delivered with competence and compassion.”
